International customers benefit from an extension of the 14-day period depending on the transit time of the shipment. Please contact us to ensure that your return is admissible.
Please note that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Gift cards, electronic gift certificates, swimwear, swim shorts, underwear, body jewelry, and clearance merchandise cannot be returned for a refund or exchange. If non-refundable goods are returned to us, please note that we will need to charge your original method of payment to return your items to you.

Please send the goods you wish to return or exchange with the return and exchange form. Please make sure to fill out the return and exchange form completely in order to avoid processing delays.
Please note that the customer will be responsible for all shipping costs. We recommend that you use a shipping service with tracking and/or insurance for your own protection. This will give you recourse in case your package is lost in transit. pop-its-toys.com is not responsible for returns or exchanges lost during shipping.
Please allow 1 to 2 weeks for your request to be processed once we receive your return/exchange package. For international and APO/FPO addresses, please allow 4-6 weeks for processing.
RETURN FOR REFUND :
Please send the merchandise you wish to return with the return/exchange form. Please make sure to fill out the form carefully to avoid any delay in processing.
A refund will be credited back to your original payment method. You will receive an email once your return has been processed. Please allow up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement. Shipping and handling charges are unfortunately non-refundable.

Your original method of payment will be debited or credited with the difference in price of the merchandise when the exchange is processed. Please note that the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs as well as the new shipping costs to receive the exchanged product(s).
We cannot guarantee that the exchanged goods will be available at the time your exchange is processed. In this case, we will contact you. If we are unable to contact you, your original payment method will be refunded.
INTERNATIONAL EXCHANGES :
